Setting yourself up for greatness is important. Creating healthy habits, and being accountable when you slack off will help you throughout life. The formula to goal setting is different for everyone. No matter how big or small the goal may be, you will have feelings of liberation, when complete.
The gains in anything you put your efforts into should be planned with timing in mind. For me, I like to journal out what can be done daily. When the day ends, it’s good to take a look inside your journal and cross out all the tasks that were accomplished. This helps keeping track and organized in your thoughts following the days to come.
Here are some tips to follow daily
- Meditate upon waking
- Write down no less than 5 tasks for the day
- Put affirmations in your notes
- Be accountable for things you slack off with
- End of day, ex-out tasks that are complete
- Don’t be hard on yourself
Plot, Plan and Strategize when defining the goal. Have clarity on what you want while you’re on the tract to accomplishing your goal. Be fully committed in the plans. Always try and reflect to your journal with the ability to see what you have completed and what still has to be done. Try not to keep anything stuck in your head. It has been proven, that association between writing down your goals brings eventual success, rather than merely formulating and keeping them in your head.
Keys to SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING goals
