One of the absolute worst mental moments of being stuck and not knowing what to do next can often cause us to remain in that mental prison for too long. Stuck, bound and mentally no way out, can lead into a worrisome state.
As some of us search for different avenues we find ourselves right back in the mental prison we’ve continually try to veer away from. Doubt, worry and a lack of clarity could be some of the reasons why we are stuck. Gaining full confidence of our emotions by raising the frequency or vibration we are operating on is useful. Yes, very much easier said than done! Let’s have more faith, than folly when it comes to OURSELVES!
Better pass boldly into that other world, in the full glory of some passion, than fade and wither dismally with age.
– James Joyce
Firstly, it’s good to journal your daily tasks and goals. This technique gives us a very good overview of where we need to have focus. The entire point is to remain steady. Journaling in the morning to get where we are going. Journaling at night to mark off where we’ve been.
Remember……
Starting slow is ok. Taking your time is ok. Don’t rid patience when being at a crossroads. Remember, you are in charge. The main goal is to get your situation on track and flowing. Whatever that may look like, patience is required. Trust the process, because you’re the main denominator.
Easier said than done
What is for sure? Yea, that it’s easier said… but guess what? When it’s done, and you’re no longer stuck, blocked or at a crossroads, you get to enjoy your favorite Starbucks pastry along with an iced Carmel latte! Yummy… yes? To say the least, the ending visually speaks amazing! Heart eyes emoji for the win. I pray whatever we all go through, it’s always the most abundant outcome going forward.
